What you will do

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and achieve client-specific goals.
• Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Implement proprietary program and campaign setups to align with agency systems.
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
• Proven experience in a U.S.-based digital marketing agency is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and related performance marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, comfortable with video calls.
• Willingness to adapt to new systems and proprietary agency processes.
• Must be based in Johannesburg, South Africa and available during Mountain Time working hours.
