What you will do

• Optimize Google, Bing, and ChatGPT Ads campaigns to maximize CTR and relevance.
• Write and A/B test high-performing ad copy and messaging angles.
• Analyze search terms, bidding strategies, and audience performance data.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve landing page conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium and able to commute to Ghent 3 days per week.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing high-spend Google Ads environments.
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance and CTR.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads best practices and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Looker Studio.
• Excellent copywriting skills for search advertising.
