Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York (Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site)

Salary: $225,000 – $245,000

What you will do

• Lead corporate finance end-to-end, including financial planning, reporting, and systems.
• Shape the consolidated financial picture through forecasting and long-range planning.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team on financial strategy and external narrative.
• Own FP&A planning, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Lead procurement and vendor management processes.
• Build processes and reporting standards required for a public company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience with leadership roles at growth or established companies.
• Track record of leading finance teams across multiple levels.
• Experience managing planning and reporting across multiple products and regions.
• Executive presence with experience partnering at the board level.
• Hands-on ownership of FP&A infrastructure and reporting tools.
• Public-company or public-readiness experience is preferred.
