What you will do

• Own end-to-end production for a portfolio of custom events, partner programs, and experiential activations.
• Lead sponsor activations and key work-streams within larger tentpole franchises across the Events Studio.
• Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, timelines, staffing structures, and budgets.
• Oversee production logistics including vendor management, contracting, venue operations, and onsite management.
• Partner with Editorial, Revenue, and Marketing teams to support event ideation, budgeting, and production strategy.
• Maintain clear production documentation and support the evolution of team workflows and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience producing live events, experiential campaigns, media events, festivals, or luxury brand experiences.
• Experience independently managing events or large-scale event work-streams from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of experiential production within media, entertainment, fashion, luxury, music, or culture-driven brands.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with experience managing vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
