What you will do
- Manage non-sellable budgets, process invoices, and ensure accurate allocation of spend across campaigns.
- Maintain centralized trackers for distribution lists, innovation calendars, and visual assets.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of trade marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, and distributor channels.
- Support sales teams with tailored marketing materials, presentations, and retailer-specific activation plans.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using sales data and sell-through reports to identify optimization opportunities.
- Assist in the planning and logistics for trade shows, in-store events, and brand activations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing, or sales support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Familiarity with syndicated data tools like NPD or Nielsen.
