What you will do

• Craft visually captivating matte paintings using raw painting, photo bashing, render bashing, and hybrid methods.
• Implement feedback and revisions to ensure alignment with project objectives and elevate quality.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion within designated project timelines.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in animation and matte painting.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve project-related issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in creating high-quality digital matte paintings in various art styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Nuke.
• Strong grasp of art fundamentals: perspective, form, composition, anatomy, color, value, and lighting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Maya, Houdini, and Zbrush.
• Understanding of 3D software and the 3D production pipeline.
