What you will do

• Produce high-quality environment assets and props aligned with the project's visual direction.
• Model inorganic asset kits and sculpt organic assets, handling both high poly and low poly workflows.
• Maintain workflow pipelines and ensure delivery within specified deadlines.
• Collaborate on R&D initiatives to explore new techniques and improve pipelines.
• Participate in reviews and provide feedback to improve overall visual quality.
• Support recruitment efforts and the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (Montreal) for hybrid/remote setup.
• 5+ years of experience in AAA console/PC game development.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Expertise in Maya, Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance Painter (or similar PBR workflows).
• Strong portfolio showcasing hard surface, organic, vegetation, and architectural design.
• English: Good verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AAA Sci-Fi titles.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5.
• Knowledge of Marvelous Designer, Fusion360, Plasticity, Rizomuv, or Substance Designer.
• Strong foundational skills in graphic design, composition, and lighting.
