Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and drive the execution of a key product area within the Money Flows platform from ideation to delivery.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with long-term vision, technical constraints, and business metrics.
• Translate complex regulatory rules and payment schemes into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery and architectural integrity.
• Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improving payment flows and currency access.
• Communicate product decisions, feature updates, and trade-offs to stakeholders through regular showcases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid or able to work from the office 4 days per week.
• 3-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (Accenture/Big4) in financial services or payments transformation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fintech or Banking working within the payment chain OR in Product Management for regulated financial products.
• Deep understanding of payment networks and schemes such as SWIFT, SEPA, or FPS APIs.
• Strong technical understanding of product architecture and ability to communicate technical constraints.
