What you will do

• Own product direction and prioritization for integration and platform transformation workstreams.
• Define and evolve product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to create scalable product and platform outcomes.
• Lead backlog management and delivery sequencing across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Identify risks, trade-offs, and potential breaking changes across customer journeys.
• Coordinate release planning across interconnected platforms and workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or Product Lead in complex tech environments.
• Background in travel, airline, loyalty, ecommerce, or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Strong experience partnering with engineering and architecture on integration-heavy programs.
• Proficiency in product backlog management using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with API and integration-heavy product ecosystems.
• Background in platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
