What you will do
- Define the product vision and execute a new flexible UX framework to unify user experiences across Cloud.
- Lead the transition from manually configured workspaces to AI-supervised, dynamically presented outcomes.
- Collaborate with R&D and PM colleagues to drive the development and prioritization of product roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between product, engineering, UX, and design teams.
- Manage executive-level communications and present roadmaps at industry and company events.
- Lead product teams across multiple geographic locations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional CX experience.
- 3+ years of Product experience working with UI/UX and Design tools in contact centers or related environments.
- Proven experience managing B2B multi-release, multi-year roadmaps.
- Expertise in journey orchestration platforms, AI, Bots, and Cloud technologies.
- Strong ability to influence teams in a matrixed organization and manage ambiguity.
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
Nice to have
- Experience with call center or contact center agent experiences.
- Experience in user experience frameworks.
- MBA degree.
