Global Head of Enterprise Technology Services (Enterprise Architecture/Data): Defining and governing firmwide architecture and data foundations to enable scalable growth and responsible innovation with an accent on architectural standards and data governance. Focus on aligning business strategy with technology execution and overseeing the enterprise data and AI platform architecture.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid: at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the enterprise architecture blueprint across business, data, application, cloud, and security domains.
• Establish and govern architecture standards, decision rights, and guardrails to reduce fragmentation and risk.
• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, governance, and operating model across the full data lifecycle.
• Oversee enterprise data and AI platform architecture to ensure scalability, reuse, and security by design.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIOO and Executive Leadership Team on technology risk, scalability, and investment trade-offs.
• Lead senior teams across enterprise architecture, data, and AI platforms.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading global technology teams across architecture, data, or engineering disciplines.
• Proven executive leadership experience within enterprise technology, architecture, or platform organizations.
• Demonstrated success operating within highly regulated environments, ideally financial services.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture across application, data, cloud, integration, and security domains.
• Strong understanding of AI, data strategies, and platform-based operating models.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
