• Design and implement modern technology solutions using Agile practices in a collaborative environment.

• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance for products and services.
• Coach, mentor, and train new or less experienced team members.
• Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of engineering or IT work experience relevant to the position.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and IT security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
