What you will do
- Identify and solicit new reservation sales opportunities to meet property revenue goals.
- Manage, train, and schedule the reservations sales team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust selling strategies.
- Coordinate with sales and convention services to process rooming lists and reservation contracts.
- Handle guest complaints and disputes to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure accuracy of reservation sales orders and billing instructions.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Rome, Italy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or guest services in a luxury environment.
- Strong negotiation and creative selling skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
