What you will do

• Identify and solicit new reservation sales opportunities to meet property revenue goals.
• Manage, train, and schedule the reservations sales team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust selling strategies.
• Coordinate with sales and convention services to process rooming lists and reservation contracts.
• Handle guest complaints and disputes to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure accuracy of reservation sales orders and billing instructions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Rome, Italy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or guest services in a luxury environment.
• Strong negotiation and creative selling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
