Reservation Manager - Bvlgari Hotel Roma

Salary: €35,000–€40,000 gross annual salary

What you will do

• Manage reservation sales opportunities and identify new business to achieve property revenue goals.
• Monitor market conditions, competitors, demand, supply, occupancy, and same-day selling procedures.
• Negotiate bookings and contracts, prepare proposals and correspondence, and support operational delivery.
• Coordinate group reservation forecasts, rooming lists, reservation cards, arrivals, wait lists, billing instructions, and no-show charges.
• Deliver service excellence, handle guest complaints, and build customer loyalty.
• Supervise, train, and schedule Reservations Sales staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or a two-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in reservations or a related professional area.
• Experience with reservation sales, revenue optimization, customer service, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to train staff, monitor reservation calls, and create departmental work schedules.
• Ability to work onsite at Bvlgari Hotel Roma in Rome, Italy.
