Director of F&B (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B management team across multiple outlets.
• Oversee restaurants, bars, cafés, all-day dining, and large event spaces.
• Develop and execute F&B strategies that increase revenue and strengthen the brand.
• Collaborate on creative menus featuring local ingredients and sustainable practices.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operating costs.
• Partner with marketing, track industry and technology trends, and ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing large F&B teams across multiple outlets.
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior F&B management or director role.
• Experience in independent, chain, or destination venues.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, tactical insight, coaching ability, and emotional intelligence.
• Financial expertise including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
