What you will do

• Maintain and update business continuity plans in line with business processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Support business impact analyses and risk assessments covering critical functions, dependencies, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Organise business continuity exercises, tabletop simulations, scenario-based drills, and crisis management workshops.
• Help develop incident response procedures, escalation protocols, and crisis communication plans.
• Monitor continuity metrics, including recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives, and test results.
• Maintain BCM documentation and prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, training materials, and audit evidence.

Requirements

• Currently studying for or recently completed a degree in business, risk management, finance, information security, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in financial markets, risk management, or operational resilience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Business Continuity Institute Good Practice Guidelines.
• Knowledge of French or Dutch.
