What you will do

• Build and scale a global team of subject matter experts across Tableau products and services.
• Proactively engage at-risk customers to resolve technical blockers and unmet needs.
• Partner with top strategic accounts to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
• Define and manage intake, triage, and exit criteria for high-value, high-risk engagements.
• Establish models for scaling team knowledge and operational charter.
• Collaborate with field and customer-facing teams while maintaining clear engineering boundaries.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in engineering, project delivery, and senior customer-facing leadership.
• Proven experience leading Professional Services, Field Engineering, or similar technical consulting functions at scale.
• Deep familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and the Tableau ecosystem or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies to resolve critical technical escalations.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA.
