What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service operations for DME programs and provide instruction for appropriate product use and application.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorizations and collection of patient responsibility.
• Evaluate customer clinic needs and collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams to improve inventory program performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across the designated territory and investigate tracking problems.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the customer, hirify.global, and the Sales Team.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OIG, and government healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in direct patient care (preferably in orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environments).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience working with multiple physicians in high-volume clinics.
• Demonstrated experience with the application of soft goods and functional bracing.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Full-time work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Active professional credentials such as AT licensure, BOC, ABC CFo, or PTA.
