What you will do

  • Lead the global Technical (IT) Recruitment direction, owning strategy, delivery quality, and performance across regions and client accounts.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Delivery, Sales) to align technical hiring priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Coach and develop a team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers, driving accountability and long-term growth.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve technical recruitment processes and governance to ensure scalability across regions.
  • Drive technical workforce planning and proactive talent pipeline strategies aligned with business demand and capability needs.
  • Provide leadership and escalation support for complex or high-risk technical hiring situations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading IT/technical recruitment in international, fast-paced, or service-based environments.
  • Proven ability to manage expectations and work confidently with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles.
  • Experience building or transforming technical recruitment operating models and processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management.
  • English: C1 level or higher required.
