What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake discussions and align on role requirements.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines to support business growth.
• Present qualified candidates to stakeholders with clear insights and evaluation summaries.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive and transparent experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• Around 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Practical experience with proactive sourcing strategies and market research.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and managing recruitment data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align with hiring managers.
• English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher
