What you will do
- Communicate with Disclosure teams for MOD services and manage allocated claims.
- Gather relevant evidence and documentation to support each case.
- Determine appropriate actions to resolve cases and prepare detailed reports on legal liability, quantum, and tactics as needed.
- Negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits and maintain proactive correspondence with all parties.
- Handle cases according to documented procedures and client requirements, including reserve management and reviews.
- Stay updated on technical changes and participate in company-facilitated training.
Requirements
- Citizenship: British Citizenship required (sole British national or dual national with one part being British) with no restrictions on working in the UK.
- Proficiency in managing claims from cradle to grave.
- Understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and working collaboratively as a team player.
- Ability to manage a personal caseload and demonstrate adaptability and versatility.
