What you will do

  • Communicate with Disclosure teams for MOD services and manage allocated claims.
  • Gather relevant evidence and documentation to support each case.
  • Determine appropriate actions to resolve cases and prepare detailed reports on legal liability, quantum, and tactics as needed.
  • Negotiate settlements within agreed authority limits and maintain proactive correspondence with all parties.
  • Handle cases according to documented procedures and client requirements, including reserve management and reviews.
  • Stay updated on technical changes and participate in company-facilitated training.

Requirements

  • Citizenship: British Citizenship required (sole British national or dual national with one part being British) with no restrictions on working in the UK.
  • Proficiency in managing claims from cradle to grave.
  • Understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and working collaboratively as a team player.
  • Ability to manage a personal caseload and demonstrate adaptability and versatility.
