What you will do

  • Own and manage the organic social content calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, including writing, editing, and publishing platform-native copy.
  • Lead daily community management by monitoring and responding to comments, mentions, and DMs, and escalating sensitive issues with recommended actions.
  • Run paid social advertising on LinkedIn and Meta, managing campaigns end-to-end (A/B testing creatives, targeting, formats, and budgets) and forecasting regional budgets.
  • Manage the employee advocacy program on Oktopost: curate and load content, onboard advocates, track and report performance, and maintain the advocate roster.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Events, Customer Education, HR, Sales, and executives) and manage requests via Jira with clear lead times and approval workflows.
  • Track and report organic and paid performance using Oktopost and Google Analytics, applying UTMs for attribution and delivering trend and campaign reports.

Requirements

  • US Remote (must be based in the United States).
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B social media experience across organic, paid, and advocacy channels.
  • Proven experience managing organic brand social accounts and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and/or Threads, including targeting, budget management, and optimization.
  • Proficiency with UTMs, Google Analytics, and social analytics platforms; ability to build performance reports for non-social audiences.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across platforms, audiences, and content types while staying authentic.
  • Experience coordinating social media for large-scale events (trade shows, virtual summits, user conferences).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience managing an employee advocacy program; Oktopost experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to act as an internal advisor/SME by translating social media expertise into guidance others can execute.
  • Experience tracking platform changes, testing new formats and tools, and bringing learnings back to the team.
