Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Annually

What you will do

• Analyze business and technical processes to develop and modify information systems.
• Interface between system architects, developers, and end-users to ensure design alignment.
• Document product requirements and develop test procedures to ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, vision, and success metrics.
• Create process models, specifications, and diagrams to guide scrum team execution.
• Manage and prioritize requirements backlog using Jira.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Continental United States (CONUS)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts and Technical Writers.
• Strong background in requirements gathering and writing comprehensive user stories.

Nice to have

• Experience with VA Corporate Database, MPI, or VA Profile Database.
• Background in supporting backend process integrations without GUI interfaces.
• Familiarity with VA Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP).
• Prior experience working with Federal Agencies.
