TL;DR

Sales Executive (EV Charging): Converting warm leads into customers for electric vehicle charging solutions with an accent on ethical sales and customer relationship management. Focus on guiding users through the purchase journey and analyzing charging requirements to drive sustainable transport adoption.

Location: Hybrid in London (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office). Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Salary: £25,000 / year

What you will do

  • Convert warm leads from automotive partners and inbound enquiries into customers via outbound calls, live chat, and emails.
  • Analyze customer home setups and charging requirements to recommend appropriate Pod products.
  • Guide customers through the purchase journey while working toward performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Act as an advocate for EV adoption and sustainable transport.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Curiosity, motivation, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Comfort and confidence in speaking with people in a professional environment.
  • Genuine interest in sales, business, sustainability, or the EV industry.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles for different customer needs.
