What you will do
- Perform approximately 80 outbound calls daily to prospective business customers.
- Identify customer fuel needs and present appropriate fuel card solutions.
- Maintain and update customer interaction logs within the CRM.
- Develop and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Acquire deep knowledge of the company's product suite and services.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Burnley town centre.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions.
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward high-volume calling.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to task management.
- Willingness to learn and curiosity about the industry.
