What you will do

  • Advise applicants through all stages of the enrolment process to ensure successful recruitment.
  • Promote academic programmes to prospective students based on their individual needs and motivations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, agents, and local businesses to generate leads.
  • Document all applicant interactions and history accurately within the CRM system.
  • Participate in promotional events to build brand awareness and support recruitment targets.
  • Collaborate with the student support team to ensure high levels of service and student retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or able to work onsite at the college.
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or high-volume customer advisory roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing workflows and pipelines using CRM systems.
  • Ability to meet individual and team recruitment targets consistently.
  • Right to Work in the UK is required for this position.
