Salary: $65,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Conduct field surveys of existing buildings and assess site conditions.
• Develop architectural design and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare 3D models and renderings for project visualization.
• Provide construction administration services and coordinate with contractors.
• Review and apply applicable building and regulatory codes, including ADA standards.
• Attend in-office and off-site meetings to support project priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 0-3 years of experience in the design and construction field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of building codes and ADA standards.
• Ability to operate Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
