Staff Architect (Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead architectural building design and detailing for industrial projects including data centers, power generation, and water facilities.
• Develop proposal graphics and conceptual designs.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed drawings and specifications with other engineering disciplines.
• Manage construction phase services, including reviewing RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Conduct facility reviews to ensure strict compliance with building and fire codes.
• Implement sustainable design strategies and LEED standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an NAAB or recognized accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional work experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of architectural design principles.
• Professional registration or licensure in the home office country (or active pursuit).
• Must be based in the US; relocation assistance is not provided.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of International Building Code (IBC) and International Fire Code (IFC).
• Experience with field work and shop drawing reviews.
• Strong sketching and detailing abilities.
