What you will do

• Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear business cases to influence leadership.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improving economics, customer experience, and risk management.
• Develop and optimize capabilities in segmentation, offer strategy, and contact strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Credit, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive key initiatives.
• Proactively identify and solve complex operational problems using data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of analytics experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with A/B or Champion/Challenger testing
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

• Experience utilizing AI coding assistants for data analysis
