Clinical Specialist (Orthodontics)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work. Travel may include up to 50% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver clinical training programs for healthcare professionals on hirify.global Dental Solutions products.
• Provide coaching, technical guidance, and ongoing support to product end users.
• Communicate scientific evidence, clinical benefits, and product value to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, universities, key opinion leaders, professional associations, and academic institutions.
• Partner with commercial teams, distributors, and sub-distributors on customer engagement, product launches, and market development.
• Organize clinical workshops, educational events, congresses, and hands-on training while tracking activities, feedback, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in dentistry with a specialization in orthodontics.
• Extensive experience with dental and orthodontic materials.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Experience in sales and/or marketing.
