Sr. Analyst, Complaint Hand (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Lead complaint operations and process complaints in specialized software applications.
• Evaluate and handle potentially reportable events based on product malfunction risks.
• Document customer allegations, investigations, conclusions, and complaint records accurately.
• Request engineering investigations to identify root causes of product malfunctions.
• Resolve complex issues independently and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Close complaints on time and support internal, third-party, advisory-body, and regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Associate degree or at least three years of relevant experience in medical devices, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Experience resolving issues for internal and external customers.
• Some experience with QSR, the Medical Device Directive, and ISO quality systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects, data analysis, problem-solving, and independent contribution within a team; Microsoft Office proficiency is required.

• Familiarity with EtQ software.
