What you will do

• Analyze and process product complaints consistently and promptly.
• Apply accurate complaint coding and assessment procedures.
• Assess vigilance reportability for low-risk complaints using system-based decision trees.
• Maintain complaint, lot qualification, and special-project documentation and records.
• Support complaint data analysis, trending, device history reviews, and complaint closure.
• Coordinate complaint-handling and lot qualification projects across functions.

Requirements

• High school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and technical writing skills with the ability to communicate across organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize, make timely decisions using incomplete information, and request clarification when needed.
• Proficiency with PCs, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
