What you will do

• Investigate and resolve complex customer and production issues using deep technical analysis.
• Work across the product lifecycle: diagnose problems, design solutions, and implement long-term improvements.
• Modernize established software products into a modern architecture built with Angular and Java.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes.
• Analyze existing systems to understand business logic, identify improvement opportunities, and shape future solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions to improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience developing software in Delphi or a similar strongly typed language.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working with databases and SQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Interest in maintaining existing applications while building modern solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or modern frontend development.
• Experience with Java or backend services.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting production applications.
• Exposure to billing, financial, utility, or other enterprise software systems.
