What you will do

  • Deliver service outcomes for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans and implement enterprise sourcing strategies for SaaS categories.
  • Lead negotiations and manage SaaS partner relationships for the largest spend areas, including purchases and renewals.
  • Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, purchase objectives, and technology strategy.
  • Support private-equity relationships and contribute to the sales pipeline through exceptional customer delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members to drive outcomes and strengthen team culture.

Requirements

  • Clear, confident, and compelling communication in writing, conversation, and in front of C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into action and deliver commercial value for large organisations.
  • Strong negotiation expertise with in-depth knowledge of enterprise SaaS procurement levers and strategies.
  • Ability to challenge customers and suppliers creatively to reach desired outcomes.
  • Substantial years of commercial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
  • Category experience in technology (including IT/SaaS) is highly preferred.
