• Design and execute key strategic initiatives, defining success metrics and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end event planning and logistics for internal and external company gatherings.
• Support daily operational needs for the Australia leadership team to optimize performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Experience in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to move from ambiguous problems to structured plans.
• Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
• Fluency in data analysis and proficiency in using AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
