TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL) — requires in-person attendance at least three days per week

What you will do

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups, and commercial lenders.
  • Manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
  • Analyze client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments, and net working capital impacts.
  • Draft comprehensive reports regarding business performance and key financial issues in transactions.
  • Drive business development via proposals, whitepapers, conferences, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Mentor, coach, and manage staff performance, including recruitment and year-end reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
  • Industry recognized professional certification, preferably a CPA license.
  • Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and M&A transaction advisory.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Chicago, IL.
