TL;DR

Senior Digital Marketing Manager (ABM and SEM): Leading account-based marketing follow-up and search engine marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth for priority accounts with an accent on demand generation and performance optimization. Focus on converting early-stage engagement into sales-ready leads and optimizing full-funnel campaign performance.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based near NXP sites in Gratkorn, Munich, or Toulouse)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute ABM programs for priority accounts, including retargeting, nurture flows, and personalized content.
  • Build scalable follow-up motions to convert anonymous engagement into identifiable, sales-ready contacts.
  • Manage content syndication and paid demand programs to extend campaign reach.
  • Drive SEM strategy, including planning, bidding, budget allocation, and landing page alignment.
  • Monitor funnel performance, lead quality, and ROI to provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with campaign managers and sales teams to align messaging with target-account priorities.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, ideally in tech or engineering.
  • Proven track record in executing ABM programs and paid search campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Experience engaging technical audiences such as engineers and developers.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Google Ads.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • English: C1 level (Excellent command) required
