What you will do

• Lead security program delivery across identity, endpoint, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.
• Define and track security metrics to measure delivery, risk reduction, and control health.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting views that translate technical security work into business impact.
• Establish operating rhythms for program reviews, blocker escalation, and roadmap tracking.
• Coordinate across security, IT, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure program alignment.
• Develop intake and prioritization mechanisms to clarify security work and manage risk acceptance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, security program management, or business intelligence engineering.
• Strong BI skills including data modeling, metrics definition, dashboard design, and SQL proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with ambiguous requirements.
• Practical understanding of security concepts such as identity, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Ability to translate technical security detail into clear executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in the US to align with operational and compensation requirements.
