What you will do

• Support portfolio leads with daily program execution and release operations.
• Coordinate across business program managers, engineering teams, and operations stakeholders.
• Track active projects, dependencies, milestones, and timelines to drive follow-up actions.
• Manage release processes including intake, validation, scheduling, and execution.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and status communications.
• Facilitate operational reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2–4 years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Management, or Release Operations.
• 3–4 years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and SQL.
• 3–4 years of experience creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting portfolio leads or senior stakeholders.
• Background in technology-focused organizations supporting software, cloud, or AI initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and release tracking.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and executive-level status reporting.
