What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning and execution for a portfolio of EMEA and APAC events, including conferences and bespoke programs.
- Enforce brand consistency and sales enablement across all event touchpoints.
- Coordinate launch-event playbooks to ensure scalability and repeatability across geographies.
- Execute joint demand generation motions for co-hosted partner events in alignment with marketing protocols.
- Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and ROI measurement to track pipeline impact.
- Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams on account targeting and lead follow-up processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in London with the ability to travel internationally (30–40% travel).
- 3+ years of experience in B2B field or partner event marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS or legal tech.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, multi-geography event calendar.
- Experience running pre-event demand generation and post-event lead nurture programs.
- Proven track record of measuring and reporting event ROI and pipeline influence.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the EMEA and APAC legal market.
- Proficiency in event management platforms like Cvent.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Multilingual skills.
