What you will do

• Manage sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management to maintain quality standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Optimize procurement processes and maintain accurate documentation to drive value creation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management for cost optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with a detail-oriented approach.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for effective communication with stakeholders.

• Dutch or German language skills.
