What you will do
- Build and sustain robust, enduring relationships with enterprise customers to ensure long-term success.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing account portfolios.
- Lead and conclude contract negotiations, focusing on terms, pricing, and alignment with customer objectives.
- Analyze account performance data to provide actionable insights and forecast sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams to launch client-focused campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management.
- Proven track record of growing enterprise account portfolios and exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in mapping customer structures and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in sales forecasting, monitoring metrics, and crafting business proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and internal collaboration.
