TL;DR

Analyst, Sales & Trading (US Equities/Options): Executing U.S.-listed equities, ETFs, and listed options orders for institutional clients with an accent on cross-asset solution development and client relationship management. Focus on leveraging AI tools to optimize execution, developing new broker-dealer products, and integrating digital asset strategies with traditional finance.

Location: New York, NY (Must be based in New York and work in the office five days per week)

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute U.S.-listed equities, ETFs, and listed options orders for institutional clients with high accuracy.
• Cover institutional clients as a trusted point of contact for order flow, market color, and trading ideas.
• Develop innovative cross-asset products and solutions for institutional clients by leveraging hirify.global's crypto-native position.
• Collaborate with internal trading, sales, and product teams to move new concepts to execution-ready solutions.
• Utilize electronic trading platforms and maintain strong communication with liquidity providers for optimal pricing.
• Ensure strict compliance with best execution standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of sell-side experience in cash equities and/or equity options trading in a high-touch environment.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
• Must be based in New York and available to work in the office five days per week.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and market microstructure.
• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the crypto ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Prior experience trading or investing in digital assets.
• Experience with TRAFiX OMS.
