What you will do

• Review project proposals, drawings, and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements.
• Interpret structural steel fabrication drawings, including weld symbols and member sizing.
• Extract material quantities and perform accurate takeoffs to support project estimates.
• Enter and verify job information within the Epicor ERP system.
• Coordinate with detailing and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies in project documentation.
• Generate and review reports such as Parts Traveler, Hardware, and Order Weight.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
• Thorough understanding of steel fabrication processes and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Engineering or Construction degree preferred.
