What you will do

• Review customer specifications to confirm compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee quality-related activities and perform inspections at assigned construction project sites.
• Plan and evaluate quality submittals for materials, observations, and test reports.
• Audit third-party suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality plans.
• Assist in reviewing plans for constructability, drawing notes, and material specifications.
• Support project managers in final inspections, punch list development, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Five or more years of industrial or commercial construction experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering Technician curriculum.
• Knowledge of general civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF editing software.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work in the field at active job sites as required.
