What you will do

• Prepare and direct the creation of complex design documents, system layouts, and specifications.
• Lead project design efforts from initial concept through final completion.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced designers and engineers.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure scope, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Conduct site visits to verify conditions and observe construction progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural).
• Minimum 9-10 years of relevant experience in the A&E industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design, codes, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam completion.
• Sustainability-related certifications (LEED, WELL, CDP).
