What you will do

• Provide technical governance and lead the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical discipline work packages.
• Oversee planning, design integration, and delivery strategy for facilities within the high-speed rail programme.
• Manage multidisciplinary design coordination including architecture, structural, MEP, utilities, and rail systems.
• Ensure design compliance with Canadian codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Support stakeholder engagement with federal, provincial, and municipal authorities.
• Monitor discipline performance, risk management, and constructability throughout project phases.

Requirements

• Accredited degree in Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng. OIQ) or eligibility in Canada
• 15+ years of experience in major infrastructure or transportation projects
• Minimum 10 years in leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred
• Experience in rail, metro, or high-speed rail facilities design

Nice to have

• Experience with Alliance, PPP, or Design-Build delivery models
• Experience integrating new infrastructure with existing brownfield systems
