What you will do

• Execute and present analytical insights to meet client research objectives.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate complex methodologies into clear, actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate project execution across cross-functional teams including advertisers, publishers, and internal data scientists.
• Support proposal development by defining objectives, methodology, and success criteria.
• Identify repeatable patterns from projects to contribute to the broader product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media effectiveness, or consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and experimental approaches.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1+).
• Ability to engage substantively with Data Scientists on analytical feasibility.
• Strong project management and consultative storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing analytics.
