What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction across multiple platforms.
• Define and track KPIs related to revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering teams and Scrum Masters to ensure successful sprint execution.
• Manage and prioritize multiple product backlogs, creating high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver executive-ready updates and roadmap presentations to Director and VP-level leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience with complex platforms.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership (Director/VP level).
• Experience working in environments utilizing AI and automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated initiative in researching and recommending platform improvements independently.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.
