What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects within a functional or customer-specific area.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government contracting officers and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and implement project management tools, including work breakdown structures and risk management plans.
• Provide coaching and guidance to project managers and coordinators.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience in government contracting environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract analysis, compliance, and document management.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Colorado Springs.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 2–5 years of dedicated program management experience.
