Salary: $82,300 - $220,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using tools like MS Project or Open Plan.
• Drive program business rhythm to ensure all reporting deadlines and CDRL requirements are met.
• Act as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) expert for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with Program Finance to ensure alignment between cost, budget, and schedule.
• Identify schedule slips and mitigate risks in coordination with program leadership.
• Integrate subcontractor and operational workflows into program plans and financial tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with a graduate degree).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
